1. What we collect
- Photos you upload — used only to generate your video.
- Account/contact details — email address for delivery and receipts.
- Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe); we never store card numbers.
- Usage data — privacy-friendly analytics (page views, referrers), no cross-site tracking.
2. Photo handling — the short version
Photos are used solely to render your video and are deleted within 24 hours. Generated videos are stored for 30 days for re-download, then deleted. We never train models on your uploads and never sell them.
3. Third-party processors
We use: a generative video model provider (receives your photo only for the render), a payment processor (Stripe), and email delivery. Each processes data only to provide the service.
4. Cookies
Essential cookies only (session, cart). No advertising cookies, no third-party ad trackers.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and request your generated videos be removed, at any time: [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK users have GDPR rights; California users have CCPA rights (we do not sell personal information).
6. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
