Terms of Service
1. The service
roadsteraivideomaker.com ("the Service") generates short AI-rendered videos from photos and fixed storyboards that you upload and select. Output is synthetic media created by third-party generative models operated on your behalf.
2. Your uploads
You confirm you own or have rights to every photo you upload, including likeness rights for any person or pet pictured. Do not upload photos of other people's vehicles or persons without permission.
3. Ownership and license
You receive a worldwide, royalty-free license to the videos you purchase, for personal and commercial use, subject to Section 4. We retain ownership of the site, templates and prompts.
4. Prohibited use
You may not present generated videos as authentic real-world events, use them to defame, harass or deceive, or use them in political, news or disinformation contexts. You must label outputs as AI-generated when required by platform rules or law. See our Acceptable Use policy.
5. Pricing, payment and refunds
Clips are priced per generation as shown at checkout. If a generation fails or fails our quality check, it is refunded automatically to your original payment method. Completed generations are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. AI limitations
Generative video is probabilistic. Results may vary between generations and may contain artifacts. We do not guarantee a specific aesthetic result.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.
8. Trademarks
"Tesla" and "Roadster" are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. References are nominative and descriptive only.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
