Acceptable Use Policy
1. What this service is for
Entertainment. Making funny, obviously-synthetic stunt videos of your own car, yourself, or your pet. That's the whole idea.
2. Strictly prohibited
- Deepfakes of real people — no uploading photos of identifiable persons (public figures, celebrities, private individuals) without their consent. Pet and car photos only, or people who consented.
- Presenting output as real — no posting generated videos as documentation of real events, news, or achievements.
- Harassment, defamation, hate — no targeting individuals or groups with demeaning synthetic content.
- Illegal content — anything unlawful in your jurisdiction, including IP-infringing material you have no rights to.
- Political, electoral or disinformation use of any output.
3. AI content disclosure
All outputs are synthetic. Platform rules (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and, in many jurisdictions, law require labeling AI-generated media. Label it. Every export from this site is intended for entertainment and must not be used to deceive.
4. Source credits
Our storyboards are inspired by widely-shared creator formats. Where a template derives from a specific viral clip, we credit the source creator on the template page.
5. Enforcement
We may refuse, stop or delete any job that breaks these rules, without generating the video. Accounts or payment details linked to repeated abuse may be blocked. Report misuse to abuse@roadsteraivideomaker.com; we review reports within 7 days.
