Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of roadsteraivideomaker.com ("Roadster AI Video Maker", "we", "us"). By uploading a photo or buying a video pack you agree to them.
The service
You upload a photo, we generate a free scene preview, and after you confirm the preview and pay (or use a credit you already have) we generate an AI video from that exact preview frame. Only templates shown as available can be ordered; templates marked "coming soon" cannot be purchased. No account is needed: a private link, saved in your browser and sent to your email when you provide one, gives access to your results.
Billing and refunds
Videos are sold as one-time packs with no subscription: 1 video $9.99, 3 videos $24.99, 10 videos $69.99, all with the same quality. Visitors in euro-area countries and the UK see and pay local prices instead: €10 / €25 / €70 and £9 / £22 / £62. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each pack adds video credits to the email address used at checkout; one credit generates one video. Credits do not expire.
Technical failures. If a paid video cannot be delivered because of a final technical failure on our side, the credit spent on that attempt is returned to your balance automatically. This returns a credit; it is not a cash refund.
Refund requests. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@roadsteraivideomaker.com from the address used for the purchase. If none of the videos in your pack have been generated, we issue a full refund. Partially used packs are not refundable, except where the failure was on our side and the credit could not be restored. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. A refund removes the unused credits of that pack.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the videos generated for you. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your photos and videos only as needed to provide the service (generating, storing and delivering your results). We do not use your photos or videos in our marketing without your separate permission.
You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them. Do not upload minors, public figures, or material meant to deceive. See the Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse or stop processing content that breaks these rules.
AI-generated output
Videos are generated by third-party AI models (ByteDance Seedance for video and Seedream for preview frames, accessed through the KIE.ai API). AI output can contain artifacts or differ from the preview in camera angle and detail; please review your video before posting it. Generated scenes are fictional and must not be presented as footage of real events.
Not affiliated with Tesla
Roadster AI Video Maker is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. "Tesla" and "Roadster" are used only to describe the online trend the templates refer to.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
