What we collect

  • Photos you upload, the scene previews and videos generated from them, and the state of each job.
  • Your email address, when you give it to receive a preview link, check out, or recover your videos.
  • Payment records from Stripe (amount, currency, country, status). We never see or store your card number.
  • A first-party cookie and browser storage that keep your current job recoverable after a refresh.
  • Product analytics through Plausible, a cookieless analytics service that does not identify you or track you across other websites.

What happens to your photos

Photos are stored in private cloud storage, never in a public bucket. Each photo is checked by an automated moderation service before any generation, then sent to our AI provider to create your preview and video. Results are copied back to our private storage and are reachable only through your private, expiring links.

Service providers

  • AI generation — KIE.ai (ByteDance Seedance video, Seedream preview frames)
  • Content moderation — SeeAPI
  • Payments — Stripe
  • Storage — Cloudflare R2
  • Database — Neon
  • Email — Resend
  • Hosting — Vercel
  • Analytics — Plausible

These providers use the information only to perform services for us, keep the service secure and comply with the law. We do not sell your data.

Private links

Your job and email links grant access to your results. Keep them private; anyone with the link can view and download the video.

Retention and deletion

We keep photos and generated media only as long as needed to deliver your purchase, let you recover it, and run the service. Transaction records are kept as required for accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your photos, videos and email address at any time. Write to privacy@roadsteraivideomaker.com from the address you used with us. We handle requests within 30 days, free of charge.

Content permission

Do not upload another person’s image without permission. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
