The original Tesla Roadster ramp demo (reference only)
This is the stunt the trend copies: at the Tesla Roadster unveiling on October 15, 2026, the car drove up a curved ramp, hung upside down, then used cold-gas thrusters to flip, hover and land. Our Ramp Flip template is our own AI-generated video made from scratch, not an edit of Tesla’s footage.

Watch the full ramp sequence (15 seconds, silent)Ramp Flip examples: one photo in, one video out
These clips come from our own Ramp Flip effect tests, each made from a single photo: cars and a bike, a sofa and a burger, plus the template master. Most are 480p test renders; paid videos are 720p. The car clips were made with our earlier car-only recipe; videos made today start on a round jet platform, like the sofa and the burger. Your result will differ.
Input photoMinivan Ramp Flip from one photo
A silver family minivan swapped into the Ramp Flip from a single photo. It stays a minivan from the ramp climb through the hover and the drive-out. Effect-test render with sound effects.

Input photoA sofa doing the Ramp Flip from one product photo
A tan leather sofa from a single product photo on white. It rides a round jet platform up the ramp, backflips, hovers down on four jets and lands in fog, and every button and seam holds. Effect-test render at 480p of the current recipe, with the sound effects the model made; paid videos render at 720p.

Input photoA burger doing the Ramp Flip from one photo
A burger from a single photo on white. It skims up the ramp on its jet platform, backflips against the stars, hovers down and lands without losing a slice of tomato. Silent effect-test render at 480p from an earlier run of the recipe; paid videos render at 720p with sound effects.

Input photoBicycle and rider Ramp Flip from one photo
A rider on a red city bicycle swapped into the Ramp Flip from a single photo. The rider, green jacket and basket stay the same through the flip, hover and ride-out. Effect-test render with sound effects.

Input photoConcept car Ramp Flip from one photo
A mint-green bubble-canopy concept car swapped into the Ramp Flip from a single photo, rendered at 720p like a paid video. Its paint, glass canopy and white wheels hold on the ramp climb, the hover and the drive-out. Effect-test render with sound effects.
Make yours →Ramp Flip template master (placeholder sports car)
Our own Ramp Flip template master, generated from text with an orange placeholder sports coupe. It set the beats of the Ramp Flip: ramp climb, inverted flip, side thruster, hover on downward thrusters, condensation fog and soft landing. Effect-test render; the model made it silent, so the engine, thruster and landing sounds were added in post.

How this compares with other Roadster video tools: Roadster AI video generators compared.
What you get
A 9:16 vertical 720p video of about 10 seconds: one continuous shot at night on an empty airfield, a giant curved ramp lined with LED strips, and your vehicle as the only star. Sound effects included, no text, no watermark on paid exports.
The beat sheet
These beats come from our validated Ramp Flip recipe, and every video follows them.
| Time | Beat | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 0–2.5s | Ramp climb | Blue jets fire under a round hover platform and your car, or whatever you uploaded, races up a giant curved ramp lined with LED strips, camera tilting up with it. |
| 2.5–4.5s | Backflip | It flies off the top lip and flips over backward once, close to the camera against the night sky. |
| 4.5–5.5s | Side jets | Blue-white side jets fire and turn it upright again. |
| 5.5–8s | Hover | Four downward jets hold it hovering as it sinks slowly, billowing into a wide white vapor cloud. |
| 8–10s | Soft landing | A soft touchdown inside the fog; it settles upright and intact as the vapor clears. |

Photo tips for the best result
For the best likeness
- One clear photo with the whole subject in frame: a vehicle bumper to bumper, or the whole product
- Everyday snapshots are fine; a plain or tidy background works best, and product shots on white are ideal
- Objects ride a round jet platform, so a burger, a sofa or a gift box can fly too; in our tests their shapes and printed logos held through the whole stunt
- For a bike or a rider, keep the whole person and the whole bike in the photo
Rules
- Only photos you own or have permission to use, including the logos on your products
- No photos of minors or public figures
- No license plates you do not want in the clip; blur them first
- Do not use it to fake real-world news events
- Label it AI-generated when you post
Ideas for your story
Use an unlikely vehicle
A minivan, a delivery van or a bicycle doing the ramp flip is the joke: the deadpan contrast does the work.
Shoot your photo clean
Whole vehicle in frame, even light, nothing blocking the wheels. The swap copies what it can see, so a clear photo gives a cleaner result.
Choose audio you can use
The video comes with sound effects. If you add music or another sound when you post, only use audio you have permission to use.

FAQ
Did the Roadster really drive up a ramp and flip?
Check the original publisher and the context of each clip. A viral format alone does not establish whether a stunt was filmed or generated; versions with other cars and other ramps are typically AI remixes. How to check: Was the Roadster demo real or AI?
Will my car or product stay consistent through the flip?
In our effect tests a minivan, a bicycle with its rider, a hatchback, a sofa, a burger and a paper bag stayed recognizable from the ramp climb through the flip and the landing, printed logos included. Results depend on your photo, so use one clear photo with the whole subject in frame. You confirm a scene preview before the video is made.
How long is the clip and what format is it?
About 10 seconds, 9:16 vertical, 720p, with sound effects and no text overlay. It is one continuous shot: ramp climb, backflip, side jets, hover, and a soft landing in a vapor cloud.
What happens if my video fails?
If a video fails for a technical reason, the video credit it used is returned to your balance so you can try again. This returns a video credit; it is not a cash refund.
Can I do this for free?
The Roadster AI video prompt guide publishes storyboard drafts you can try in your own video-model account. They are drafts, not a tested recipe, so expect to experiment. The generator here runs the validated Ramp Flip template for you.
